The Hot Box Warmer rental is a Lockwood USA brand and is designed to keep hot food hot while serving guests at your party or event. A Hot Box Warmer is a staple for any caterer. Renting the Hot Box allows you to be your own caterer to pre-prepare meals for your plated party and keep them hot until ready to serve. Or, keep backup chafing pans hot until you are ready to refill your buffet. The hot box is portable and is on wheels for easy transport. The box is 5′ tall and designed to hold 36 standard sized sheet pans. The interior of the unit has built in tracks in order to hold the pans. This unit is electrically powered and uses a standard dedicated grounded outlet. Sheet pans are not included with the Hot Box, but are available for rental for an additional $3.75 per tray.

We have two styles of Hot Boxes available to rent – Insulated or Non-Insulated (as shown). The insulated hot box is $185 per day. When requesting an online web quote, please make a comment in the notes section if you prefer the insulated version. Both hot boxes will do the job of keeping food at a proper temperature. The main difference is the insulated box is more energy efficient as the insulation protects against heat loss.
