Our white Bistro Chairs are stackable and a surprisingly comfortable seating option for your next tent rental or for any party or event.   These chairs are a single solid piece of molded plastic and provide a step up over the vinyl folding chairs in terms of appearance. The solid plastic construction of these chairs makes them especially suited for outdoor events that may be on grass or exposed to the elements. Additionally, the backrest is curved for extra comfort and the round seat is a bit larger than standard width.  Measuring at 17.5 high, the seat width is 16″ and the seat capacity is three hundred pounds.   The Bistro Chairs can be used indoors or outdoors and are waterproof.

Did you know bistro chairs were first invented by a cabinet maker named Thonet who with his five sons opened a furniture company?  In 1059 he invented a chair simply called Chair Number 14.  This chair would later become known as a bistro chair and won a gold medal at the 1867 Paris World Exposition.  Over 150 years later, the Bistro Chair is still considered to be the chair of chairs and this timeless design has been recreated all over the world.
