Party planning can be overwhelming, especially when you can’t just invite the whole neighborhood. Private party planning requires a bit of tactic and occasionally secrecy if you’re planning a surprise. Follow this list of steps, and we’ll help with the rest:Â
- Plan the menu – Once you know what you’re serving, we’ll rent you the kitchen equipment you need to keep food warm and serve it to your guests.Â
- Make a list of needed equipment – Other than kitchen supplies, you need to make a list of the tables, tents, and seating equipment you need.Â
- Plan the entertainment – Not sure how you’ll occupy your guests’ time? Area Rental supplies you with games, inflatables, dancing and more. You won’t have to worry about being a boring host.
Private Party Tents
Outdoor private parties can be great, especially in the spring and summer. However, you may want protection from the ever-changing Wisconsin and Illinois weather. Depending on the size of your party, we have plenty of tent styles for you to choose from. Pole tents, navi-trac frame tents and clear span tents are great for large events. If you want something more stylish for a smaller occasion, frame tents are the way to go. We even offer pop-up tents for small backyard cookouts.

Serving a large group of people has never been easier with kitchen equipment from Area Rental. If you’re planning on having a big buffet that allows your guests to grab what they want, rent chafing dishes, nesco roasters, food warming heat lamps or fish boil pots. If you’re not looking for grab-and-go supplies and want to serve your guests, get utility carts, serving trays, service waiter trays and tray stands. Set a stunning table with fancy glassware, dinnerware and flatware.
Party Rental Furniture
You’ll find the perfect tables and chairs to house your guests with our huge selection of styles and sizes. From elegant farm tables to affordable plastic and banquet tables, you can fit as many as 2-10 guests at one table.
